Pleasant Bay Community Boating is a nonprofit in Harwich offering hands-on youth sailing for ages 6–17 on Flying Scots, Sunfish, 420s and Optis, with weekly sessions running from late June through mid-August. Programs are split by age and skill: Youth Beginner Flying Scots for ages 6–10, Teen Flying Scots for ages 11+ (Mon–Fri 1:00–3:30pm), a Sunfish class for ages 9–17 already comfortable with the basics (Mon–Fri 9:30am–noon), plus Beginner Opti Racing (ages 8+) and an Opti Racing Team (ages 10+). Sessions are short daily classes at roughly $425 per week rather than a full-day camp.
