Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Welcome to USA Kid Camp. By using the site you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the directory honest and useful for families and fair to the camps listed in it.

What the directory is (and isn’t)

USA Kid Camp is an independent directory of youth camps, classes, and programs. Listing information — dates, prices, ages, and everything else — is gathered from operators’ own public websites and from operators directly, and we re-check it on a rolling basis. It can still be incomplete or out of date the moment an operator changes something. Always confirm dates, prices, availability, and safety practices with the operator before enrolling.A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not the operator of any camp: we don’t run programs, take registrations, or supervise children, and we’re not a party to any transaction between you and an operator.

Featured and Sponsored placements

Two different labels, and the difference is the point. “Sponsored” means the operator paid for that placement. “Featured” means we selected the camp ourselves to highlight — nobody paid for it. Both appear above organic results, and neither affects a camp’s organic ranking or its reviews. The site may also carry display advertising, kept visually distinct from listings.

Accounts

You must be an adult to create an account. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Reviews and other content you post

Reviews must describe your own family’s genuine experience. Every review is moderated by a person before publication. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the site (shown with your first name and last initial). Don’t post: content naming staff members or children; content you know to be false; advertising; or other people’s private information. A public review is not the channel for a serious safety allegation — report those to the operator and your state’s licensing agency, where they can actually be investigated. We may decline or remove any review at our discretion, and being reviewed is not something operators can pay to prevent.

Operator listings and claims

Claiming a listing is limited to authorized representatives of the operator. Information submitted through claims or camp submissions must be accurate; we may verify it against your own published materials and may decline or remove listings at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no impersonating others, and no bulk automated extraction of the directory database. The site’s compiled database, design, and text are protected by intellectual-property law; camp names and trademarks belong to their operators.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Kid Camp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from your dealings with any operator, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Use the feedback form.
