About USA Kid Camp

Finding the right camp, class, or program for a kid shouldn’t take twenty browser tabs. USA Kid Camp puts 39,153 youth camps, classes, and programs across all 50 states in one searchable place — summer weeks, school breaks, after-school seasons, and everything between. It’s free for families.

Our data rule: stated, never guessed

Every fact in the directory — dates, prices, ages, hours — comes from a camp operator’s own published materials or from the operator directly, and we re-check listings on a rolling basis. When an operator hasn’t published something, the listing says so and points you to their website instead of guessing. We’d rather show you a blank than a plausible-looking number nobody actually stated.

How we make money

Two ways, both visible: operators can pay for featured placement — always labeled “Sponsored,” never affecting organic ranking or reviews — and the site carries clearly marked display advertising. Camps never pay to be listed, and they can’t pay to change their reviews. Where you see “Featured” rather than “Sponsored,” that’s a camp we picked ourselves and nobody paid for.

Reviews you can trust

Reviews come from parents describing their own family’s experience, and a person reads every one before it appears. Alongside them we show the camp’s public Google rating, so you see more than one signal.
