My daughter has been going to Giggles after school program since pre-k and is now going into first grade 🥹 This center is amazing and all the teachers are great with her. The after school pick up program is a life saver as a single parent! I love that they offer dinner for a reasonable price! I definitely recommend this center for child care 💜

Our kids love going to giggles!! We have three little ones and they get excited to go every time and when I pick them up, they always say they don’t want to leave!! I was hesitant at first to drop them off somewhere, but my two-year-old is in love with Miss Lana, and it makes the whole process much more comfortable, knowing that the teachers take good care of her! They also Share details about their time while they’re there so I know they are being looked after carefully. This place has been a total lifesaver for our family:))

My son attends Giggles Preschool and Drop-In Child Care, and we absolutely love it. Since starting at Giggles when he was just 12 months old, he has grown so much. He is now almost 3 years old and has become much more talkative, social, and interested in drawing and reading. He looks forward to going every day, loves the lunches they provide, and has built wonderful relationships with his teachers and classmates. His favorite teacher is Ms. Lana, and he absolutely adores her. She is caring, patient, and provides exceptional service and support to both the children and parents. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son is in a safe, loving, and educational environment. I highly recommend Giggles to any family looking for quality childcare. I have very mixed feelings about this facility. I cannot recommend this location for children under age 2. It is good for children aged 4 and above since they don't need much engagement they can play by themselves, and I truly appreciated having camera access for peace of mind. My experience with the younger age group (2 years) was deeply concerning: Lack of Engagement: Through the camera, I often saw my child just standing around, waiting and unengaged. Only the first two days he only play and after that it seems he felt insecure. When I called to ask a caregiver to distract him with a toy, I watched her push a toy car toward him with her foot rather than interacting with him. This lack of effort and warmth is unacceptable for toddlers who need to feel secure. I can't neglect that some caregiver hold his hand when he wanted to hold hands but even though they didn't try to divert his attention toward play in a nice way. But most caregiver either standing or sitting on their cellphone which is not acceptable. Safety & Emotional Impact: My child did not feel safe here. He began having nightmares and eventually refused to go. Toddlers require a different level of emotional care than older kids, and this facility does not seem to provide it. Hygiene Issues: On two occasions, my son was left in a soiled diaper for so long that he came home with a severe diaper rash. While I understand there are only two caregivers on-site, children who are not yet potty-trained require much more attentive physical and emotional care. If your child is 4+, this is a good spot but for those under 2, I would look elsewhere. And that's why I decided not to continue to put him there again.

My daughter loves going to Giggles which is most important! When we ride by she says "mommy, can I go play?!" Its pretty affordable, she gets to play with other children, and I get a few hours to run my errands or attend events. I wish they were open a little later during the week and open on Sundays, but I've never had any issues here. Fwiw my daughter was 3 when I first started taking her here occasionally and mostly potty trained.
