Powered by GoogleBest childcare I’ve experienced at a gym! Lowkey environment with a strong feeling of community. There are multiple Ys around me but I drive half an hour for this one specifically. Appreciate everything yall do!
Employees are really into themselves here and can at times be annoying. It is also quite crowded. However I do really enjoy it here. Nice pools including baby pool. Great gym and basketball courts. Just didn’t renew cause could find other things to do around town. Also don’t know why members are not friendly.
I’ve used the aquatic area for their swim teams, YOTA prep, and lifeguard training!! I have visited this facility for 4 years total, mostly because I’m a part of their swim team. The staff members are very nice here and most of them know my name (not by this Google account name), and they are very friendly. During my lifeguard training, the instructors, Sam, Lanie, and Alex, were extremely kind and taught my class very well. The instructors, with the addition of my peers/classmates, created such a positive and impactful environment for myself. Not only did I understand all of the skills taught, but I also bonded with several others and experienced a truly supportive group. Everyone was so kind, supportive, and respectful.. I don’t know how to walk away from it all. These past three days of training have made me extremely grateful for the staff and community here. Thank you!!
This facility is nice, but there are way too many gym cops here. They seem to delight in nagging guests about rules that are loosely interpreted to penalize normal gym behavior. The worst example of this is their policy on phones, which cannot be used on machines for any reason. That includes exercise tech like workout logging. They actually tell you that you have to give up your machine to log your set. It's 2026, people. Exercise tech all interfaces with phones.
Just wanted to leave a review for Li C., who teaches the strength and conditioning classes. I’m a personal trainer myself, and I found her classes both challenging and approachable. I’ve honestly never been to a class like hers before, the combos were all new, and she even mixed in some PT-style work. Would hiighly recommend her!
