She is now in Level 4, confidently working on her strokes and endurance. We are so proud of her progress and have been very pleased with the quality of instruction throughout her levels. She swims at least once a week (more on the week of her monthly private lesson, a clinic or when we come for family swim). This consistency has been key to her skill development and comfort level in the water. Woodridge staff (especially Laura and James) have exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service and management. They are accommodating with scheduling, great with follow-up on billing or other questions and have gone the extra step to make sure our daughter is always being both supported and challenged at the correct level each swim. Kudos to this great team! Facility is ok but could use a little cosmetic face-lift in the high traffic areas.
