I had such a wonderful experience at the North Suburban YMCA thanks to JC and Scott. From the moment I walked in, they both went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to personally show me around the facility, answer all of my questions, and explain different membership options without ever making me feel pressured. What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and helpful they were in finding a membership plan that worked reasonably for me and my family. You can tell they truly care about helping people and creating a positive environment. The facility itself is amazing, but the customer service from JC and Scott is what really made the experience outstanding. Thank you both for your kindness, patience, and professionalism!
Visited this YMCA for an art show & it was clean, organized, and had lots of amenities.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hot tub and sauna are great. Tons of programs for kids
For some reason we have not been here before even though we have lived on Northbrook for many years. Well that was a mistake and I am sure we will be back to try some of the available activities again. Kiddos had a b-day party that was a lot of fun and involved swimming so that's a huge plus for them. The staff was all nice and helpful and the place was nice and clean. The lower level could be confusing if you don't know where to go, but that's a small problem.
