We joined this gym in January mostly for the water aerobics classes. They do have one or two instructors that are good. The other ones are a bit all over the place. That isn't the issue though, the main issue is you get there and there isn't an instructor many times. This morning was the 3rd time in so many months you get all the way there, change, get in the icy water (yes icy, pool isn't heated) only to find out no instructor. They have no problem taking your money just a problem getting an instructor in. I realize things happen but after the 3rd time you realize it isn't a fluke it's how Rocco runs this gym. And I really have to laugh at how Rocco answers these reviews saying customer service is important to them. I was there and asked to speak to him. The lady at the front said he couldn't be found. So I came home and called. Still couldn't be found. So yep great customer service.(side note:just found out today he was actually there the whole time doing his workout in the fitness center, just had the front desk tell people he wasn't in but in actuality many of the women saw him working out. So he's the paid director and he couldn't take the time from his workout to address the probably 50 people in the pool waiting on an instructor to appear?) When you walk in there are a couple of women at the front desk usually playing on their phones. Perhaps since it is a business that people are paying for someone could check into this in the morning before people start arriving for class. Otherwise you are advertising and charging for a service you aren't providing.

Group exercise class has a fantastic instructor named Diane! The price is right, only $45 per month. You can go as much or as little as you want. Weight lifting to music and pool classes keeps it from getting stagnant. I can go 5 days a week or change my schedule according to what works which is usually twice a week.

I take swimming classes here for my baby through the British swim school. The facilities are always clean and the lockers rooms are never crowded. My wife and I have felt very comfortable helping my daughter change, which was a worry of ours prior to coming. Staff are very kind and cordial as well.

Very good place. All the instructors are extremely patient with my autistic daughter who doesn’t typically listen and does what she wants to do. Highly recommend

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this location. The young Caucasian woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. While assisting other customers, she repeatedly stared me up and down in a way that felt judgmental and disrespectful. Without asking me any questions or requesting identification, she stated that I was not a resident. I was shocked and confused by this assumption, especially since it was made without any verification. It felt as though she profiled me based solely on my appearance and ethnicity, which is unacceptable. I am a resident and a citizen, and I deserve to be treated with the same respect and professionalism as any other customer. No one should be made to feel judged or discriminated against because of the color of their skin. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously and provides better training to ensure all customers are treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I really hope this matter gets taking serious! No one deserves to be racial profiled! And I hope no one else has to encounter the experience!
