Camp Fiesta Island is a Scouting sea base run by the San Diego-Imperial Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Mission Bay Park, and is one of the few west-coast Scout sea bases. Its summer programs include a Scouts BSA resident summer camp and a Monday-to-Friday Day Trekker day camp, where Scouts pick age-appropriate programs such as Mariners, personal watercraft and traditional merit badges, plus several days of Cub Scouting on the beach. Through the Youth Aquatic Center campers get instructional and recreational sailing, canoeing, rowing, kayaking, swimming and windsurfing. Enrollment is through Scouting units rather than open to the general public.

Attended Boy Scout camp here. Great location. The campsite are no more than a five or 10 minute walk from the central hub. Awesome activities like sailing, kayaks, canoes, etc. Meals were served outside, so be ready to be open to the elements pretty much all day.

This a great summer camp to take your scout youth. Beautiful area to camp. The course director was very energetic and knowledgeable. The food being catered has been some of the best food I have ever had at a Scout summer camp. I plan on taking my scouts back again in the future.

This is a Boy Scouts of America run facility. Safe and secure, a great summer camp full of activities on and off shore. Being offshore, this campground supports multiple nautical merit badges. Including fun patches such as Dragon Boating. Troops from across the country come here. Semi roughing it, the grounds are well kept with 3 catered square meals a day fit for a king. Love the confetti cake. Keep up the good work CFI staff.

Wonderful scout camp. Well run and organized and fun. Lots of aquatic activities we can't do back home. Our new favorite. +Great view of Sea World fireworks every night on the beach.

Our Troop went during the 4th of July. I came as an adult leader and still had as much fun as the scouts. As an adult, there are classes that they offer during the day when the scouts are busy. This gives anybody the opportunity to learn or try something new. For example, I took CPR/First Aid classes and was able to go small boat sailing for the first time. The weather was amazing and the waves aren't very high in the water, which makes it perfect to kayak or swim in. My scouts also enjoyed the staff and general atmosphere of the island. The staff was also very Attentive and helpful. The events during the week helped our troop bond and get excited, which was awesome to see. I can't wait to come back next summer with our scouts and have more adventures!!!
