I was never hesitant to discuss any financial matters, scheduling conflicts or my child’s progress in each level with the staff. My daughter just finished the Intensive program in around 1.5 years. She is proficient in butterfly now all thanks to the coaches. All the coaches have their way of teaching the kids and I’m happy to say they are all patient and kind with their words when working with the kids - which matters the most. Thanks BLSS!!
