The Quillian Center is the sports and recreation ministry of First United Methodist Church Houston, serving the Westchase area since 1958, with a gymnasium, two swimming pools, an indoor climbing wall, game rooms, athletic fields and a playground. Its own camp page describes Camp Quillian, a weekly summer day camp running 7:30am to 6:30pm with AM and PM half-day options, where families sign up week by week and each week is designed as its own experience. Campers choose one specialty elective per week from options including baseball, basketball, volleyball, softball, water polo, swimming lessons, dance, tumbling, art, science and Kid City; every camper may swim daily at 4pm under certified lifeguards, a light breakfast and full lunch are included at no additional cost, and the programme includes Bible studies and VBS. The camp page describes ages 5-12 plus a teen camp for ages 13-14 and states Camp Quillian is American Camp Association accredited, but that page sits on the centre's legacy site whose newest content is from 2018 while the current site shows no camp page, so current operation is unconfirmed.
