★Phuong LeWe’ve always valued this facility for what it means to the community, but our recent experiences with Ms. Ayanna at the front desk have been disappointing. She’s hard to talk to, makes us feel unwelcome, and acts as if we’re bothering her when we ask for help with our membership. It’s gotten to the point where we don’t want to visit just to avoid the unpleasant interaction. The front desk should set a friendly, helpful tone for members, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience.
