I have been a member of Villa for years. I used to go on and off trying to motivate myself. I tried personal training with Arun, and loved it! I have now upgraded to Platinum and absolutely enjoy the small group trainings offered. Arun is one of the best trainers there is and he has completely transformed the way I view fitness. Back for review #2. This place should be high end yet the food at the outdoor grill is mid and embarrasing to say the least. Terrible food quality at the grill. Gym still goes hard sauna is nice, pool is nice, recovery room is amazing, the smoothie bar is great but please do better for your members. Review #1 I love this place but the one issue so far is in the mans showers the bottles have either slime or mold inside them a weekly empty and rinse of the bottles or changing them completely could help and a lock so that they arent easy to open would help keep them clean.

I signed up at VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa Cinco Ranch because of their clearly advertised 7-day money-back guarantee. I used the gym for 5 days, decided it wasn’t a fit, and requested a refund within the stated window. That’s when the fine print games started. I was denied a refund because I previously had a membership at a completely different VillaSport location—something that was never mentioned during signup. Apparently, the “guarantee” only applies if you’ve never had a VillaSport membership anywhere, ever. Conveniently, this restriction only shows up after the fact, buried in the agreement—not in any clear or honest way when you’re actually making the decision to join. Let’s call this what it is: a misleading promotion designed to get people in the door, knowing full well some won’t qualify for the refund they’re being promised. I went to the gym for less than a week. I followed their timeline exactly. And they’re still holding onto $125 over a technicality they failed to clearly disclose upfront. For a company positioning itself as a premium fitness club, this is a pretty disappointing way to treat customers. If your policy has major exclusions, be upfront about them instead of hiding behind fine print after the fact. At this point, it’s not even about the $125—it’s about the lack of transparency and accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering signing up to get everything in writing before trusting any “guarantees” here.
