They’re always changing coach. By the time your kid gets familiar with the coach, they will bring a new coach. It only impacts your kid’s progress. The evaluation and progress report is a joke. They will tell what is missing for your kid to go to next level, but the coach never focuses on those. Every kid in a group is taught at same level, weather you’ve been there 1 week or 5 months, so there is no way for kid to know what is he missing to be ready for next level.

I called the facility with a simple question: Does my daughter swim tonight, or is she scheduled tomorrow? I was placed on hold and then hung up on. Then the staff called my ex wife and made a big ordeal about nothing. I was just asking for information on times my daughter attends swimming. I’m not impressed with the way this was handled.

Love bear paddle! The coaches are wonderful & the staff and management are amazing. My kids have improved so much since starting and they really care and go above and beyond. The place is clean and set up so nicely for families!

We love Bear Paddle! We started swim lessons with my 5 year old about 2 months ago and he went from refusing to take swim lessons to absolutely loving swimming! The facility is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the coaches are wonderful and encouraging! Even when we encountered some resistance from my son when it came to new coaches or learning new skills, the staff was very accommodating and willing to work with us to figure out what my son needed to learn best! Even my 2 year old that isn't taking lessons has improved in the water from watching her big brother. The free family swim on Saturday and Sundays is a huge bonus and helpful to work on your children's skills outside of lessons! I can't say enough great things about Bear Paddle Kildeer!

I am so happy we joined Bear Paddle. Firstly, kudos to the wonderful front desk staff—always helpful with anything. This place has an amazing manager, Bryan, whose personality shines as he pays attention to the students. My 3-year-old had anxiety with a new swim teacher and didn’t want to go in the water. Bryan would always come and talk to him, making sure all the kids are comfortable in the water. He not only helps the kids but also works with the new young teachers, training them to work effectively with young children. Having a manager like Bryan truly makes this place exceptional. We are happy we discontinued Big Blue and joined Bear Paddle.
