The staff has always been great. The kids enjoyed the gymnastics program for the summer. Playground was clean and safe with an abundance of staff outside keeping an eye on things.
Cool I'm in this trades program do I clean up and it's not that bad once you know how to do things.
Donna Smith needs to improve her customer service skills. Treat customers with respect.
I hosted an event here at the Apollo Center of Alsip Park District. The staff was very rude and not accommodating to the needs of their guest. I called the following business day to make a complaint to the manager on duty or rather person in charge, she was very rude as well. She didn't give any sympathy to regarding the situation or behaviors of their staff. I will not be recommending this venue to any one and I also will not be hosting another event here. Also when I came the following business day after speaking to the person in charge to pick up my deposit, the ladies at the main office were very rude as well. I was told that I needed my ID, which I provided, another lady informed the person assisting me that I would need 2 forms of ID. I have never heard of providing 2 forms of ID for picking up a deposit when I only provided 1 form of id to reserve and place a deposit, as well as a payment. Please other guest, choose your venue wisely
