Winona Camps is a boys' residential camp on 400 acres along Moose Pond in Bridgton, Maine, founded in 1908. Campers ages 7–17 are grouped by age from Junior through a CIT unit and choose instruction in water sports, sailing, kayaking, canoe trips, wilderness hikes, horseback riding, and field sports. Powered by GoogleI have been associated with Camp Winona for 36 years dating back to the summer of 1944....five years as a camper and 31 as a counsellor. These summers have been some of the best summers of my life. I have watched my sons and grandson enjoy the activities, the canoe trips, the mountain climbs and the conviviality that I enjoyed as well.
What an awesome camp. The owners are fantastic people and they run a nice camp.Great experience with them
I've spent over a decade on the shores of Moose pond and it made me into a better man and I am eternally grateful for the experience I had. I hope to return one day. Life moves at you pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you might just miss it.
Just finished a week working in the kitchen. Looking forward to to next summer so I can plan my time a bit better and enjoy the amenities of this amazing camp! Fantastic staff, great camp culture, and well maintained grounds with so much to experience.
Very fun and friendly place. Good people to be around. The view on the water is beautiful.
