I been here a couple of times to see family members play. The customer service from staff really needs to be reevaluated!! Horrible service!! I Believe is name is Frankie speaks with just disrespect!! I have witness him being rude and direspectful. This kind of behavior should not allowed!! Managers/owners please do better with your staff!! It is their job to be mindful and not rush people because they are in a hurry. They are always on their Phones and when they have to do their job they have horrible actitudes!! Also the Restroom doors are always open no privacy at all!!

Giving this place a 1 star is too good for them. This place deserves zero stars!!! Staff needs to work on better customer service. They need to be trained on how to handle certain situations properly and not be disrespectful. The front staff guy named Frankie needs to be fired!! He speaks to the customers like if he was the owner and can’t be fired. He was disrespectful to a woman and child telling them to leave the restroom when he allowed someone else to go in after them but has the audacity to get upset because they were washing their hands. Keep in mind he told them nothing yet claimed he did. It’s his job to wait for the customer to leave when they were already inside before he even showed up and not force them to leave because he was in a hurry. If he doesn’t enjoy his job then he should look for another one!! He had the audacity to put his hands on a minor. This kind of behavior should not be acceptable at no time!! The restroom doors are always open. This is against our privacy and should not be allowed. Anyone can just see everything as the restroom is located on the edge and visible to the public!! Horrible customer service and the safety of the customer is always at question.

This facility is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The person in charge appears unprepared to manage the operation effectively. There are serious safety concerns for children, including reports of car break-ins on the property. The facility does not have working security cameras, and incidents are reportedly dismissed rather than properly addressed. I would not recommend this place to anyone concerned about safety or accountability.

The facility is quite large and includes turf area for indoor soccer, basketball courts that can also be used for volleyball, and an area for gymnastics. Parking is free and we've never had trouble finding a spot, but getting back out on the main road can be a hassle. Traffic gets backed up when two games finish at the same time and there is no red light or stop sign where you exit. This can make pulling out a challenge and contributes to the traffic after games. There is a STRONG urine smell coming from the men's bathroom when you walk past it and some of the doors in the women's restroom don't lock.
