Powered by Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A big thank you to Coach Salv and the YMCA for partnering with Scottish Rite Hospital to provide this assessment opportunity for our soccer players. The experience was well organized, and the kids felt comfortable and engaged throughout the process. The assessment gave us a clear understanding of my son's strengths and areas for improvement, which will help guide his development as a player. It was valuable to receive professional feedback and see where he stands today. We appreciate the effort from Coach Salv, YMCA, and Scottish Rite Hospital in investing in young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field.
My family and I have been going here for over a year and a half now. We love it, our two little kids go to the childcare while we workout and it feels like dropping them off to family because they’re so kind, caring, and consistent! We love it here as a family and it has all the workout materials we need as well as classses!
I’ve always had a wonderful experience at the Frisco Family YMCA. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. The staff is friendly, supportive, and the environment feels welcoming for all ages. A special appreciation for the Power Dance, Aerobics, and Zumba classes—my daughters are absolutely fans! The instructors bring amazing energy, keep every session fun, and make everyone feel included. It’s truly one of the highlights of their week. Overall, the YMCA has been a fantastic addition to our family’s fitness routine. Highly recommended!
This YMCA has a lot of land and potential, but it feels very limited for families. I really wish they had a swimming pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a proper locker room. Right now, it doesn’t feel very family-friendly. It might work fine if you’re single or just looking for basic workouts, but for families with kids, it’s honestly lacking. With all the space around it, this place could be so much better.
Excellent family friendly gym. Highly recommend. Everything you need from incredible kid care, classes, variety of equipment both cardio & weights, clean, friendly staff. The Y offers a ton of kids activities from soccer, basketball to parents days/nights out (aka pizza & movie party for the kids). Exceptional gym! Wish I found them sooner.
