The sheer scale of this place is impressive. It is perfectly designed to handle massive crowds and concurrent games without feeling like everyone is stepping on each other's toes. While the facility scores a perfect 10/10 for design and safety, there is one glaring issue you need to prepare for: the temperature. Despite being an indoor facility, it was incredibly hot inside. When you mix a packed house of spectators with athletes running up and down 6 courts and a turf field, the air gets thick and warm very quickly. If you are playing, you are going to sweat twice as much. If you are watching from the stands, you’ll definitely feel the heat. It seems like the AC struggles to keep up with the massive cubic footage of the building and the body heat of the crowd.

Nice facility for rec sports. We typically play at PSA 1 and PSA 2, so it's a long trek to Murphy from Plano West. Well kept and operated

The manager at PSA is terrible and clearly doesn’t care about providing a fair competitive environment for the kids. Today, during my son’s championship game, the opposing team had players from three different teams, and they were even wearing jerseys with different team names — which, as you know, is strictly against PSA rules. I reported this to the PSA manager, but he didn’t care at all. Absolutely pathetic! I’ve already asked our team’s coach to stop participating in any future tournaments here. This place is a complete joke!

Lived close by for five years and have not been until yesterday. Our grandson was playing basket ball -there were teams from all over participating. I was first awed by the massive spacious indoors. Soccer, volleyball and basketball being played simultaneously on different courts. There’s a snack bar, an eating area and metal bench’s where we cheered on our grandson! The only problem I had was the metal benches.,I’m too old for them to be of any comfort! But that’s my issue not theirs. The staff was friendly, the place was clean..
