★★Chris LakeWe purposefully did NOT sign up for the ID camp, and instead signed up for the Junior Elite group for ages 10-13. The girls had 6 sessions, each session lasting 1.5 hours. The first session was 1 hour of non-soccer related ice breakers, followed by 30 minutes of 1v1. The entire next day was scrimmaging with almost no coaching/correcting/teaching. The last day was again all scrimmaging, plus 45 minutes of skills. The head coach spoke to the parents about how the girls are being watched and scouted even from this age, and that they were watching them play and ranking them. We felt this camp was entirely about letting UNC scout our 10-13 year-olds, and NOT about learning soccer and improving their game. We met many parents who felt this same frustration. Very disappointing. Our child didn't get anything out of this expensive camp.
★★★★★Ricky DunnMy daughter had a great time working with the UNC Womens team. She had Kai as a coach, and Avery answered a ton of questions for us as well. Coach Anson was really informative too. We are going back this year as well. She learned from the camp, and it really motivated to work hard, because she wants to play in that Carolina Blue one day.

This was one of the worst ran camps we have ever been to. $375.00 for 8 hours of mediocrity.What a money grab, close to $100k estimated for 8 hours. I always respected UNC women soccer but now. I have serious doubts. No one corrected anything. Shame on you!
