I am disappointed with the customer service I experienced when calling Morrisville Aquatic Center. I called on two separate occasions, once to inquire about membership discounts and another time to ask about trying an aquatic aerobics class. Both times, the staff member who answered the phone was rude. One call was answered by a male employee and the other by a female employee. In both interactions, I felt talked over rather than listened to. They seemed confused by my questions, but instead of asking for clarification, their tone came across as judgmental and dismissive. For many potential members, the front desk staff are the first point of contact and play a major role in creating a positive impression of the facility. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and discouraged from pursuing membership or participating in programs offered by the center. I wanted to share this feedback because customer service matters, and I hope management will address these concerns. A more courteous and professional approach would go a long way toward making prospective members feel valued and respected.

Great place , decent hygiene & pocket friendly!! Has multiple level of pools for different ages. Their swimming program is run by a very talented & a hard working coordinator however the learning experience for your kid could vary depending on the instructor you get. But it’s definitely worth a shot for your little - intermediate to swim team - all level kiddos / adults .

We came here from Ky for a swim meet in Cary. Our son needed to do a workout after the drive. We were greeted by friendly & helpful staff. The lifegaurds were also very helpful & made sure he got a lane & got his workout in in their wonderful pool. Thank you!

Brilliant pool. A really fun play area and warm pool for kids to swim in, and a separate pool for adults to do lap swimming. I was pleasantly surprised how warm the water was! Chlorine isnt overpowering which was lovely and amazing that it is all indoors (i struggle to find pools for my son in the winter months as 90% are outdoors). 1000% would recommend

This is a fantastic place for swimming and water activities! The pool area is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for laps or family swim time. Lifeguards and staff are attentive and friendly.Whether it’s classes or events, this center has something for everyone. The instructors are knowledgeable, and the activities are fun and engaging. A great place to stay active and meet others!. My daughter is going for swimming. The prices are pocket friendly. Like for Morrisville residents just $82 for 6 classes ..
