Edgerton R-Center hosts Summer Play Days, the City of Rochester's free open-recreation summer program for youth ages 6-17. Days rotate through hiking, biking, swimming, crafting, gardening and field games on site and on offsite trips, with breakfast and lunch served. The program runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., through Aug. 21, 2026, and is drop-in rather than pre-enrolled. Edgerton is a year-round city recreation facility and also runs seasonal programs bookable through the city's R-Central system.

My kids love this rec center as they go there after school. They enjoy all the events and programs that are offered here.

Thank you Rochester. The Lionel railroad club really puts the fun into the railroad hobby! Parking is on both sides of the building so, no worries looking for a space.

Grand old dance hall with updated facilities and parking. Special venue from a bygone era that used to host swing bands still can impress visitors. Large stage, dance floor and limited kitchen can be reserved for events. Attached city rec facility may compete for parking.

I had no idea this was such an extraordinary collection! There are four different displays, each with their own season and story. Thank you to the City of Rochester and the Edgerton Train Club for maintaining this and keeping it open for the public. It's both art and history.

WOW! The folks in there have exceeded expectations. I went with the boy to see and was blown away. Highly, highly, highly recommend. A gem in the city of Rochester. Mom
