Butler Wilderness Outpost is the Cub Scout camp on the Northern Lights Council's 2,400-acre Camp Wilderness property, set between Bad Axe and Mantrap Lakes in the Paul Bunyan State Forest near Park Rapids. It shares the property's trails, remote outpost sites, shooting ranges, climbing tower, high ropes and zipline, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, sailboats and fishing, with programming scaled to younger Cub Scouts. The property has been in operation since 1945 and is fully BSA-accredited.
