Powered by GoogleMy children used to love it. They come home with new rules that take away something every week. No basketball or flag football allowed. No one is allowed to wear crocs. Can’t pay for activities with your credit cards only cash. I get paid once a month, have 4 kids, and I don’t aways have cash. Kids are not allowed to complain or they are bench. They can play soccer but last week they were running track in the parking lot because of ants on the field. They say the director is mean annd rude and they hate it. My grandson won the free shot championship for the boys club years ago. It was because of the club he stayed out of trouble and became a. True player. Now my other kids will not get this opportunity because the love for the club is turning into hate. There is no other place to take kids with limited funds in Zebulon.
They are rude , disrespectful and non understanding . They sit kids down for having fun , when that’s the place supposed to be based on , manager looking in the girls bathroom , and telling kids to “ shut up “ . Never taking my kids here again .
My children love it there. They have implemented a lot of bonus programs and lessons like soccer and gardening that I wasn't expecting. Even things on the weekends. These guys deserve to get paid a lot more than they do!!
My foster son enjoys the camp. I especially like the club director and assistant director. They are very supportive of my child, his interests and they encourage him to socialize more. My son is shy and has a difficult time trusting people, but he has nothing but good things to say about the staff.
There is no reason that at 8:00am the building is still closed when they're supposed to open at 7:30. I was there at 7:30, waited 30 minutes and ended up taking my kid back home and making other arrangements for her making me over an hour late for work! Where is the back up or plan B for the club? Why are we all dependent on one person to be on-time? This day should be a "no charge" for those parents who waited for them to open and for those who had to make other arrangements and had to pay more than it would have costed for a day at the club! I understand things happen, but that is the exact reason why there needs to be a second responsible person to open up!
