The Hammond BGC is outstanding and my children have a blast everytime. Mrs. Sheria- is firm but still makes sure the kids have a great time. Mrs. Shunda is really easy to talk to and brings out the best in kids. And Ms. K loves the children like they are hers. I love the environment and I will keep my children at this facility.

I would not recommend this place at all and it's a shame because I grow up going to the boys and girls club and never seen a adult act the way these people act. I was approached by the director Sheree at Hammond location telling me about how my son acted and to this day I still don't know because she was so dramatic that I really was in disbelief and couldn't take her seriously. Threatening him he going to be kicked out pacing back and forth as she talked I mean it was ridiculous 😂 I politely grab my son and said ok and he ain't been back I tried calling higher ups they don't care but if she behaved with me like this i can imgaine how she is with other people kids just very unprofessional

I wouldn't recommend taking your kids here. Bullying is allowed! I had a parent worn me. Sure enough the same day I get a call that my grandchildren are crying and screaming and won't calm down. When I asked Them to apologize to a staff member. She told them off like they were adults she could not stand. Horrible! These people seem to have no idea how to talk to or deal with children.

Wow, and mor wow... I walked in this place ready to sign up my kids for some after school activities . I was waiting for a while since there was a person ahead of me . While I filled out My paper work and waited I experienced many things .... adults yelling at kids , kids out of control , a fight , a child they had to put to the side bc he was being overly rude , the staff yelling at this kids worst then probably their own parents . I was in the process of getting them registered when I stopped the front desk lady and told her I was sorry but I couldn’t not leave my kids in a place like this. They seem understaff. The place is nice and clean I really did expect for of it .

My son has an awesome time at the Boy and Girls Club Hammond. This place has made a positive impact on my son. Awesome 🌟!
