★N. WilliamsI would first like to reiterate the comments left in the last post. My experience was similar but in my opinion way worse. My son attended an exposure camp on 3/9/24. While participating in the drills. My son received an eye injury that resulted in a ER visit and stitches. After the injury occurred, the only contact we had was with the athletic trainer who did not appear to be experienced as she did not have needed supplies to treat the injury. Further, she was the only trainer at the camp for approximately 200-250 players. No one from the camp’s staff acknowledged the injury or contacted me. You Are Athlete does not have a listed phone number. I have sent two emails detailing the incident and injury with no response. The lack of concern and communication is disturbing. Please take my experience as a STRONG WARNING for the safety of your player.
