New to the area came to get information about the pool and left in Wow and not in a good way. We approached the building only for Kori to come to the door blocked it looked my child up and down and ask what is it we would like. I processed to pull my child back just incase Kori was on one. I ask him was there anyone we could talk to about the pool area. Kori then stated the young girl at the desk could give me information. While getting the information from the young lady Kori stood at the corner of the desk closet to me and my family and stood there acting weird acting like he was the bodyguard mine you he is smaller then small. He finally says let me go over here and I replied yes please do that. This guy is weird and angry for no reason. I hope he gets better by time we visit the pool or not even be there at all. Kori is going to be a problem and a pick and choose person, meaning this kid can do this but this kid can't. Just avoid Kori if you can
Bad experiences. My 4 year old son was told he can't play with his float but other children got theirs????? The water slide is never open. Its not fair what I'm I paying money for as a member ??? There's life guards the pool isn't packed. How is it that the life guards can ride the water slide it isn't fair.
Great community feel! Worth it if you use other YMCA facilities as well. However, communication is very poor at this YMCA pool specifically, not others. They do not answer the phone even when the pool is open. You are directed to an auto service that directs you to the website. The website has minimal information and the hours were incorrect on the website for weeks. As of this post the hours on google are incorrect. There are no social media accounts for this pool. In general, it is difficult to know about the hours, closures, and rules.
Watching the grandchildren have a great time at a beautiful pool that is clean and well managed
