Powered by GoogleLove it! I was nervous about joining classes and getting into a routine here, but staff and fellow members were very welcoming. I take Yoga and a water fitness class and I enjoy every bit of the classes. And if I feel a little stiff coming in or out, I head up to the walking track to loosen up. Great facility.
When we went here we paid monthly, when stopped coming they continued to charge us. We contacted the directors and they just ignored us, very unprofessional. I would not give them your card information unless you plan to continously come.
William G. White and Jerry Long locations have the best aquatic fitness classes!! I highly recommend them!
FANTASTIC ! ! ! -GREAT FACILITY, EQUIPMENT, expansive exercise programs with very professional instructors, great members & STAFF at ROBINHOOD Rd Y in Winston-Salem. Great atmosphere to physically achieve and make many good friends. The only downside to the Robinhood Rd Y is that is no pool, but there is a pool just 10 minutes away at the downtown Y and a just expanded great new state-of the-art pool and great facilities at the Clemmons Y just 13 minutes away. I have been a National Senior Games Athletic for 7 years and found the Robinhood Y extremely beneficial for my development.
A local man said "there's a place you can go.....when you're short on your dough, you can stay there, and I'm sure you will find many ways to have a good time" I can confirm it's fun to stay at the YMCA!
