Westport Swim & Tennis Club is a swim and tennis club on the west side of Lake Norman in Denver, NC, named 2021 NC Tennis Facility of the Year. Its summer day camps combine tennis with supervised pool time, plus games, crafts, and indoor activities in bad weather, with pizza provided on Fun Fridays.

★★★★★A MathenyUPDATE: We couldn't be more thrilled!!!! The new clubhouse is open with a "members only" lounge area with beer on tap and in cans along with featured wines. The lounge overlooks the tennis courts for a bird's eye view of the action. The fitness center is beautifully remodeled with all new equipment, flooring, TVs, and technology. The new Yoga/Group Fitness area is larger and features barn doors that can be closed for added privacy. Check out the PRO shop and the tennis gear as you head to the lounge. The staff and Pros are still as friendly and welcoming as ever! If you haven't checked out the updates, I highly recommend you call or stop by for a tour. Previous outdated review: We love the club, pool, and people. Unfortunately, the clubhouse was destroyed by a fire. Tennis will be starting up again soon, but no fitness area for awhile.
