★Dangering SantanaI was told for second time, that the Child Watch area had reached its capacity and couldn’t accept any more children. I understand safety rules and staff-to-child ratios, but it was very frustrating and honestly upsetting to arrive ready to work out and be turned away with no warning. If only one staff member is available, there should be a better system to let parents know in advance. Being able to check availability or reserve a spot would really help. It’s very inconvenient for parents who plan around this service, and I really hope this is taken seriously and improved for future visits.
