Great Gym. Very welcoming community. Usually not too busy. improvements have made the gym larger with a few needed additions.

As someone who’s supported and looked forward to the improvements at the JCC, I’m disappointed by what’s unfolded. After months of delays, I had hoped the final product would reflect the time and investment that went into it — but unfortunately, the quality of the upgrades simply doesn’t meet expectations. The facilities still feel incomplete or hastily finished in places, and some of the core issues members were hoping to see addressed either remain or have only been partially improved. It’s frustrating to see continued timeline slippage paired with results that don’t reflect the disruption or anticipation. I genuinely want to see this center thrive, but it’s hard to stay enthusiastic when promises are consistently pushed and the final outcomes underwhelm. I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously and follows through with improvements that reflect the community’s trust and patience.

Very disappointed.i work out daily in my home gym and I’m quite fit, but I hoped to join a gym to take some classes and change things up a bit. I called the JCC as many of my friends belong, and I was told that I could not take the weight class I requested because of my age! The chair class that I was asked to take was a major letdown. The instructor was very nice and she also wondered why I would take that class. As there are no classes available to healthy seniors that provide any challenge, perhaps you should look elsewhere
