★Chase HowellsLIFTERS BEWARE: If you're looking to lift weights this is not the place. The amenities are great and the weight room has what is needed, but the majority elderly clientele make it impossible to actually work out. The cowardly staff caters to this audience as they can get suckered into the woeful personal training options. The atmosphere is dead, zero energy, music is the same as a dentist's waiting room. If you want to actually lift weights you will be asked to leave. Cancelled and will never go back.
