★★★PipI feel like Tumble U is a fun place for kids to go and the staff all seemed really nice. There were some things that made it difficult for my four year old daughter and ultimately we had to stop going there because it wasn’t a good fit for us. For one thing, my daughter was not allowed to use the restroom during class even though it was her first time ever asking. There wasn’t clear communication with the parents about goals for the kids or what they were learning there. They do have T.V.s in the waiting room where you can watch the kids but they were always turned off and we would have to find someone to help us turn them on. They seemed understaffed and overworked. There are tons of kids and age groups there so it makes it hard for them to remember or care about each child individually. It would be great if they had a more updated website with a calendar for the parents to see what’s going on each week and goals for the kids to look forward to so it doesn’t feel like parents are out of the loop.
