Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Quest. Both our daughters have done gymnastics for 3 and 1 year respectively at another gym and we wanted to try out Quest. We mistakenly signed up online while meaning to do the free trial (our fault) and asked the office staff if there was any recourse for a refund and there was not. Which is understandable, since it was our fault, but apparently they also require a 2 week notice to cancel classes. We were charged 2 months to attend a single class without any opportunity for a refund. I wouldn’t have minded paying the first month but it’s a bit ridiculous to continue charging when it’s clear we didn’t want to continue classes there. The reason for wanting to cancel was the under-3 class was extremely disorganized. It was essentially a free for all with minimal instruction. Other reviews have addressed how packed the gym is and how there is nowhere to sit. The class size felt large compared to our previous gym which was another reason as our oldest did not receive the same level of attention. The equipment was nice and up to date, otherwise our experience was sub-par. Edit: To make it clear, both class sizes were large and in my opinion we’ve had a better experience with other gyms. We dropped both classes, therefore a credit is useless (which is also not a refund). The 1 star review is because, in my opinion, you have bad policies and we had a bad experience with your gym overall, not specifically due to the structure of your 1-3 year old class. I felt I made it pretty clear we were responsible for signing up incorrectly, I am simply sharing what happened after the fact and my experience with your gym.

Concerning Teaching Methods and Safety Practices. I enrolled my 6-year-old daughter in Tumble 2 at Quest Gymnastics after she successfully learned cartwheels in their beginner class. However, I have serious concerns about their teaching progression and safety practices. For example, in Tumble 2, students are expected to perform back walkovers, an advanced skill requiring significant flexibility, strength, and proper technique. Unfortunately, the coaches are not providing: - Any spotting or hands-on assistance for this potentially dangerous skill - Foundation work like backbends, bridge positions, or flexibility training - Proper skill progression or breakdown of the movement - Individual instruction beyond shouting "follow your hands to the floor" As a parent, I'm uncomfortable with my child attempting advanced gymnastics skills without proper spotting or systematic instruction. Back walkovers require careful progression through prerequisite skills for both safety and success. While some aspects of the program may work for certain children, parents should be aware that the teaching methods may not follow standard gymnastics progressions. I'd recommend observing a class before enrolling and asking specifically about their approach to teaching advanced skills. Every child deserves safe, methodical instruction that builds confidence along with skills.

Great place. My kids have loved classes here. Just wish the waiting area was more spacious for the number of parents and kids that wait on students. And maybe a quiet room for parents/siblings that need work or study (or any neurodivergent family members waiting—it gets quite loud in the main space.)

Overall, a good gymnastics center. When I emailed with initial interest, the owner promptly responded and got my kids set up with trial classes. She was friendly and very helpful. We were able to trial the ninja courses and gymnastics classes. After a month of doing classes, I've been a little disappointed. My daughter has had a hard time going to her gymnastics class because her teacher is a little less than friendly. Not rude, but not very warm or encouraging to the girls. It is however, very productive for the 1.5 hour class time between warm up stretches to the rotations. I loved watching my daughter try new things throughout the month and develop confidence as her skills grew. All the instructors are young adults or teens and I feel like it should be a lower $$ because of that. The Tiny Ninja instructor is very kind and welcoming to the kids. However, I was hoping for my kids to be a little more challenged in developing new skills and abilities and I didn't see that happening in the ninja class like I did for my daughter's gymnastics class. While they love the ninja class, I would rather pay for them to free play at a trampoline park as it's a bit cheaper and about the same as what they are doing here. It is also pretty packed, kind of gives the vibe of "factory gymnastics" just getting as many kids through classes as possible. For these reasons I would rate it 4 stars. A good gym but not necessarily great with instructors being a hit or a miss. Not worth the price for me.

This place was awesome! We went for a birthday party and my kiddos had a blast. I have a wide age gap from a 9 year old to a 3 year old and each of my kids had no issues finding something fun to do! The party was laid back and there was a staff member helping assist kids when needed. I think this place is wonderful 👍🏼
