I've brought my daughters here twice now for classes. This place is awesome. The kids are well instructed. There are numerous instructors working with individual groups of kids based on their skillset. It is a big place, and there is a lot going on, but the instrustors manage it well, keeping it organized. The younger children have fun during classes, you can see it across the board. The older ones are a bit more focused on improving their craft, great place. Space is somewhat limited for spectators but it has simultaneously never been over crowded. I recommend these classes and this place for young children and for young adults.

This is the best gymnastics facility in the area. If you want your child to receive top notch gymnastics and tumbling training, this is the place. The coaches, especially the owner, are dedicated to advancing the skills of each student they coach. The website also provides a very easy way to sign up for classes, pay online, and contact the owner with questions or concerns. What sets this gym apart from the others is the manner in which they impart these skills. On the surface, gymnastics is all technique and form. However, the basis of these is a strong work ethic and mental toughness to push through setbacks or mental blocks. Lauren and her coaches understand this. Gymnastics is fantastic at improving physical abilities, but it is also a wonderful avenue for encouraging hard work. Flight Deck also encourages working together with a strong team spirit which is an invaluable lesson. You will not be disappointed with the coaching or service at this facility.
