★Cody MendezTerrible childcare facility. The staff collectively does not adhere to the facilities sickness policy, which has resulted in my son having recurring ear infections and sicknesses since they've started providing care. Even when prompted about a child's sickness they take no action and even prevent non-custodial parents from picking the sick child up. This kind of conduct is not in the sick child's best interests, nor beneficial to any child that is exposed to these known illnesses. Medical neglect is advocated for at this facility. Unless you want your child to have operations on their ears for tube's, tonsils, etc, I would reccomend steering far away from this facility!
★★★★Tiffany CThe facility was clean and the staff was friendly. It wasn’t too busy, and all the equipment was in good working order. However, I was disappointed that there was no steam room, and the dry sauna had a noticeable draft—it could definitely use more heat to be effective. Overall, a decent experience but room for improvement in the spa amenities.
