The Academy of the Company Theatre (A.C.T.) runs a three-week Summer Workshop at the Company Theatre's Norwell arts center, where students ages 8-18 build their own daily schedule of six classes chosen from more than seventy offerings in the performing and visual arts, including acting, singing, dance, media arts, painting, photography, technical theatre, playwriting and stage combat. The 2026 workshop runs June 22-July 10 and closes with Arts Festival Day, when students showcase their work; a teen summer musical can be added to the camp day by audition, and a pre-professional track is offered for students seeking a greater challenge. A.C.T. Junior, a half-day program for ages 5-7 (9:00am-12:00pm), meets June 29-July 10 with dance, music, drama and art. Tuition is $1,395, or $100 less with pre-registration by May 1.

Powered by GoogleAbsolutely love coming here to see shows. Their plays are as beautifully done as you see in Boston without having to go to the city. Have been coming here for many years.
This company puts on unbelievable shows. The current production of Wizard of Oz is amazing. They have raised money for theater improvements so it'll be an even better soon!
My first experience with the Company Theater wasn’t a positive one, but they redeemed themselves with my second visit. The Production of Cabaret was excellent. Everyone from the ticket booth, concessions & beyond were very friendly & accommodating. The Cast exceeded my expectations especially the Emcee & Fraulein Schneider! Thank you for supporting the LGBTQ Community Peter
Wow! This theater and the Sound of Music play exceeded all expectations! I love the movie, so I didn't expect much from the musical, but wow... the whole cast was sooo professional and sooo good! We LOVED IT!! BRAVO!! We will be booking more in this theater! The location is great, easy to get to, tons of free parking. During the intermission you can buy water, drinks, chocolate, some snacks. The prices are VERY reasonable. The building is on a smaller side, but has a lot of charm. It was all sold out, so book it in advance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
We saw a fabulous British Farce called The Cottage and it was wonderful. So much talent from the Director, Actors, sets and more. We love seeing shows here. Easy parking, kind and welcoming staff at ticket booth, refreshments and greeters showing you to your seats. A nice additional feature when you order tickets online with The Company Theatre, you receive an email reminder of your show date with information regarding parking and arrival times and then a thank you for coming to the show. Nice.
