Powered by GoogleI can't say enough about The Music Room in Billerica! When my daughter, Luna, first expressed an interest in singing, we weren't sure where to start. She was naturally very shy and the thought of performing on stage was terrifying to her. Since enrolling at The Music Room, she has completely blossomed. The instructors have been amazing. They've not only helped her learn to use her voice properly but, more importantly, they've given her the confidence to step out of her shell. Watching her at a recent recital was incredible—she was a different child up there on stage, full of joy and confidence. She had a truly great experience and it's all thanks to the supportive and encouraging environment they've created. I would absolutely encourage any parents with little ones who show an interest in singing to attend The Music Room to hone their skills. It's more than just a place to learn; it's a place where kids can truly find their voice, both in music and in life. It's an investment in their confidence that is worth every penny.
The place is amazing! This is my daughters second year going through there summer program. They really go above and beyond. My daughter plays the piano and guitar thanks to them. She also had an excellent experience in there theater program. She is only six but was giving lots of opportunities to grow and learn.
Our daughter participated in the February break musical theater camp. She absolutely loved it! We were so impressed by what the group was able to accomplish in one short week. Ms. Amanda and her team are excellent. Highly recommend!
My son has been playing bass with the music room for a year or two now. Everyone there has been fantastic. He's had two accomplished teachers for 1:1 lessons, plus a 3rd for garage band. The location is also insanely cool, in old mill buildings over the canal in North Billerica. Their prices are reasonable. They have tons of space and tons of equipment and technical know-how. From support staff on up, they've been super helpful in my son's journey as a musician and a human being. Could not recommend them strongly enough if I tried.
We followed Amanda over from another studio when she opened The Music Room because our daughter learned so much from her. Amanda has a knack for matching students to teachers, and her experience with teaching lets her make pieces manageable for young learners, but she also knows to set the bar high to help each student teach their potential. Our daughter has also loved participating in the musical productions! The studio offers a wide range of instruments and classes, so it's easy to switch over if your child's musical interests change.
