My daughter absolutely loves her teacher, Martina she’s amazing! 🩵 However, it’s really disappointing how poor the customer service is. The front desk staff are always so difficult to deal with. There’s always a problem when trying to book a class. If you call, they just say you have to do it through the app , but the app has issues and often doesn’t work properly. Even when there’s an open spot in a class, they still won’t let you book it over the phone. Every time I try to get help, the answer is just “no.” It really feels like they don’t want to help clients or make things easier for us. It’s sad because the instructors are wonderful, but the bad customer service makes the whole experience frustrating and that’s how good businesses lose loyal clients.
