Eduardo Salvatierra is an excellent trainer he encourages his clients to do the best. He’s careful on the way they do their exercises. I highly recommend him

I get personal training with Eduardo Salvatierra, one of the trainers at the Y. I find him to be an excellent trainer. His training sessions are very hard but at the same time they are fun. Since working out with him I’ve gained strength and muscle, which was my main goal. He also gave me a nutrition plan, and he is very knowledgeable about treatment for muscle pain or issues with the body. I suffer from back pain so he always includes exercises and stretches to relieve my pain in the sessions. I recommend him highly.

I love this place! It's clean and people are nice and courteous. Spin classes are particularly good! Other workout classes are good too. The general workout area upstairs gets crowded but otherwise is awesome as well. Really can't complain. Great place for me and my family!

I just turned 68 and decided to join a gym. I’m active as a scuba diver for 50 years and want to stay in shape to continue my passion. My Medicare silver fit plan covered the cost. The signup was easy and I love the gym setup. I was assisted by a YMCA staff member named Pursha. She was very professional, accommodating and very pretty. She made it easy for me! My focus is primarily on the machines to keep my body in shape for this sport. I go during non peak hours and have no issues. There’s a lot of eye candy here too. Look forward to staying healthy and continue my activities. Thanks YMCA!!!

No pool, sauna, or steam room. There are a lot of treadmills and bikes. Double row and lat cable pull down, so that was nice. Didn't have to wait. Good variety of weights. Even duplicates of most used weights.
