Powered by GoogleThis waterpark is best for younger kids. For older kids, there is not enough to do. When we were there, the diving board was not open and the kids were not allowed to swim in the deep end of the pool. There are pool lanes but not really conducive to kids just playing. They have 2 waterslides that are fun. Another positive is you can bring in your own food and drinks. Overall my youngest is 9 and already too old so I will stick to CB Smith or Rapids.
We hosted a 1st bday party here and we loved it! The umbrellas are so close to the splash pad, it made it easy to enjoy everyone’s company without having to walk far to get to the fun!
We’ve attended the free “Swim for Jenny” swimming lessons and have had the luck and pleasure of having Jordan as our swimming instructor. He’s such a incredible professional, very patient, clear, knowledgeable, and gave understandable instructions. Jordan has made learning critical life skills much more fun to learn! We cannot thank him enough! The entire swimming instructors are super nice and all of the employees do not get enough credit, thank you all so much! An added bonus, is that the entire pool is also heated🥳, so you’re not freezing while learning! YMCA Aquatics in Pines is exceptional! I highly recommend them!
Great place to take the kids can't wait for the summer to see the entire park functioning. We have been coming here for our babies swimming classes the teachers are knowledgeable and patient Adam has been the instructor for our classes and he has been excellent.
I have my son in swimming class, he had a lot of fear to be in the water, we started almost two month ago with the instructor Kayla, she is amazing, she help a lot my son to do it every day talking to him, having patience and doing what she had to do... my son repeat level 1 with her and he did level 2 with Katy, she is nice a a very good instructor too, she is sweet and nice with kids also. Now I am so happy because my son know how to swim and we still working in his fear, but he is more comfortable in the water. I recommend YMCA for your kids to learn how safe their life when they fall in a poo. Is necessary and important in Florida!
