★Coranny AquinoI have been trying to resolve an issue with my daughter’s swimming lesson registration since February, and the communication has been extremely disappointing. I called multiple times and sent emails asking for help registering my daughter, but I never received a callback or proper follow-up. After calling again, I was told they spoke with the director or someone in charge. Ryan then sent me one email asking what day I wanted to register my daughter, but after I replied, I never heard back again. I was eventually able to register my daughter for April classes by going in person, but when it came time to register for May, the same problems happened again. I spoke with someone and the director even called me confirming my daughter was registered for Saturday classes. However, when I went today, I found out she was never registered at all. This whole experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional, especially after months of trying to communicate and confirm everything properly.
