Swim Boca teaches private and semi-private swim lessons around Boca Raton, using its own heated pool year-round as well as backyard and community pools. Instruction is built on the swim-float-swim water-safety technique and progresses into the four competitive strokes; the program also covers open-water training, aquatic rehabilitation and water aerobics for adults. The instructor holds American Red Cross lifeguard and water-safety, ASCA and adaptive-aquatics certifications. It offers ongoing lessons rather than a summer camp.
