Powered by GoogleWe had our daughter's 7th birthday party here. It was amazing! Easiest birthday ive ever thrown. They practically do everything even the cake. I saved so much time, money and nerves because of the help and preparation they did for us. Everything was decorated beautifully and the kids had a blast. The 2 ladies helping host were AMAZING!!! I never had to worry or practically do anything but actually mingle which never happens. Thanks for everything!
All Flash, No Substance The only reason this place gets a single star is because the building is actually nice. Don't let the new equipment and shiny infrastructure fool you—the experience inside is a total disaster. • Rude Staff: From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like an inconvenience. The front desk staff are consistently dismissive and act as if answering a simple question is a personal insult. • Dishonest & Collusive Management The leadership here is fundamentally unprofessional across all levels. It’s not just one "bad apple"—there is a deep-seated culture of collusion where managers consistently cover for each other’s mistakes. Instead of taking accountability, they resort to gaslighting and rewriting facts to dodge responsibility. It is impossible to have a transparent conversation or resolve a genuine concern when the entire management team prioritizes fabricated excuses** over basic integrity. They would rather protect their own images than fix a problem for a customer. • Zero Customer Service: There is a fundamental lack of basic service here. If you have an issue, don't expect a resolution; expect an argument. It’s a shame to see such a high-end facility wasted by a team that clearly doesn't want to be there. Save your money and your sanity—go somewhere where they actually value their members.
We had my five year olds birthday here and this was the best party space! Parents and kids had a blast and I love that the price included drinks, pizza, cupcakes, decor and party bags. The staff was so helpful and thoughtful.
Open House on 1/13/24. Very crowded but lots of fun. The facility looked amazing. I am very much looking forward to the indoor playground on the 1st floor which is still under construction now. The great add is the Playroom on the 1st floor which will be having the child care service. Full of equipments crowded on the 2nd floor though, and there is no swimming pool, Sauna or SPA.
Finally got to see it today and it was well worth the wait! This place is gorgeous and the staff were so kind, even while they were completely swamped. What originally sold me on membership was the 2hrs of playroom care every day and the fact that group fitness is included in membership (no extra cost). I’ve found gym childcare is usually really disappointing, but today’s playroom staff were a breath of fresh air and my little one had a blast! (I even got to take a quick picture since he was the only one in there when we went).
