I could not give a higher recommendation to Step By Step Studio of Dance. I danced with SBS from the age of 4 through my high school graduation and have since returned to dance there as an adult. The teachers are incredible; they're creative, brilliant, kind, and foster a loving and fun community connected by a passion for dance. I have learned numerous transferable skills (confidence, teamwork, perseverance) through SBS and dance that I have brought with me into my academics and my career. I also met many many lifelong friends through Step by Step! Simply the best in the area.

Step by Step is a great dance studio that I would highly recommend to students of all ages looking to learn and grow in their dance training. The dance teachers at this studio are very friendly, incredibly talented, and always exemplify professionalism. As someone who danced there from age 5 to 18, I can confidently say that the staff and community of Step by Step taught me so much more than how to dance. I would not be the person I am today without the life skills I developed at Step by Step which stretches beyond proper dance technique. Where do I begin! It is hard to put into words the amount of gratitude I want to express toward the owner, Cheryl Gonzalez, and staff. I danced at Step By Step Studio of Dance all through middle and high school on their competition team as well as taking non-competitive classes. The friendships that I made with both dancers and staff are relationships that will continue to last a lifetime. The lessons that owner Cheryl Gonzalez and teachers Miss Heather and Miss Jenn taught their students went far beyond dance. These life lessons such as team work, patience, accountability, to name a few, have stuck with me even after graduating high school and moving out of town to go to college. The staff and atmosphere are wonderful, the costumes are tasteful, there is something for children and adults of all ages, and the opportunities to grow as a person and dancer are endless. I found my second home at Step By Step Studio of Dance and highly recommend this dance studio!
