I’m mostly there for the gym and it always seems like their equipment is out of order, they hadn’t fixed the hip thrust machine in weeks, and the 24/7 access scanner seems to not work for several people- myself included. I don’t ever see anyone come around and wipe down equipment and the mats and mirrors are filthy. Please start taking better care of clients and ensuring accessibility to equipment and the facility

Don’t they have anyone cleaning the place since the cleaning person retired this fall? That place is filthy will mud all over the floor, same paper litter on the floor for the last few weeks, dust bunnies everywhere and etc. Trash cans are full and disinfectant stations are empty. Entrance way is littered with old leaves and salt crystals. With what we pay a month you think they could at least hire a cleaning person….Bring back the gym attendant, at least they did a little light cleaning. Very pitiful…..Come on Y you can do better…. Send the CEO over to see the mess

Field house is only for organized sports, no members allowed even if its completely empty, and the gym with basketball nets is almost always rented out for organized sports at the same time leaving nothing for young members to do. But the Y will say you can have your children be members and pay for organized sports to use the facilities! If wanting a place for you and your kids to go and be able to play sports as members, this isn’t the place for that.

The indoor space to play softball was awesome! It stormed outside and we were safe and sound on the inside. There was a beautiful rainbow once we went outside.
