Powered by Google*update* I was able to get hold of them most of the time now. The phone number on the Google is not valid. You have to call them with the number on their website. ------------- Not sure how they get the business if they don't answer their phone nor text. I've tried to reach out to schedule a lesson for the first time but couldn't get hold of them. I signed up for the account to schedule but it didn't work. Tired of of trying so I will find somewhere else.
Called, filled out online form, set an appointment for 5/21 for my son. Drive 30 minutes there and no one is the facility and no one is answering the phone nor is there a message informing customers of why they are closed. Asked the Field House front desk staff if they knew anything, they said No, but several customers had inquired and complained throughout the day about the same thing.
Getting out of membership is worse than a gym. Facility is amazing, which is why you will sign up. 1st month after opening with engaged staff was great, after that we were a bother to even talk to. Even then, only as an adult could I get attention for a question, they would blatantly ignore my 12 year old son. We would book a court one so he’d have more room to practice intentionally and they would move him to another court so preferred kids could play. Court 1 has more room. They are not the same. We were told kids could over stay their time IF IT WASNT BOOKED, but we booked and they would bump him. Felt very racially motivated. Made us never want to go. Canceling is horrific. Took me 4 months and giving up and canceling direct through my credit card. AND then they want to send me an email to login and fix it. No one answers phones. No one answers emails. First time ever today I could login online to the web system versus the app. And when I tried to cancel in the web membership? 😂 an error. Not sure why they make it so difficult and create bad will on top of bad service. Would have never tried to cancel if they had engaged friendly non-racially biased staff that interacted with you like the first grand opening month. We are in that facility all the time and it was convenient.
Great place with amazing technology for basketball skills improvement. Ralph Walker and the staff do excellent work. Thanks for helping out our 9th girls grade basketball team today!
This place opened this week and wow is it state of the art! We were in town for a bball tourney and they gave us an opportunity for the boys to check it out prior to it opening. The technology is unreal! If you have the chance def go check it out! Thank you.
