The Texas Legends, the NBA G League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks based in Frisco, run youth basketball camps for boys and girls ages 6-14. Summer camps (May-August) plus spring-break, holiday and one-day camps take place in Frisco and Farmers Branch, with skills, drills and competitive play led by the team's coaching staff and occasional celebrity guests; a spring-break session runs 9am-3:15pm. These are camps operated by the pro team, not a standalone camp organization.

★★★★★Christine KehrThe Texas Legends are a minor league basketball team, part of the NBA G League based in Frisco, Texas. The Legends are affiliated with the Dallas Mavericks and play at the Comerica Center. The team's first season was the 2010–11 season and we have been going to Legends games since about 2014. We love the Legends! Why? Every game is a great game, win or lose. The Legends staff ensure everyone has a good time. There are lots of things for kids to do who don't want to sit and watch the game. For those who want to sit and watch the game, there are the Legends dancers, fan contests, and some really good basketball. I've been to the Mavs games and can honestly say that the Legends games are simply more fun. Ticket prices are good. We buy half season tickets which include valet parking and access to the Choctaw Club. The pre-game show in the Club is a lot of fun. Most recently, we attended a game on MLK Day which was also Paul Quinn College Day. The president of Paul Quinn and others took part in the pre-game ceremony on the court, followed by the Paul Quinn dancers. Highly recommend for a really fun night out. And when the Legends win, it is really fun!

Staff is so kind and helpful, food is very good and a pretty good price which is suprising in today’s age. Environment in SPECTACULAR! The hype guy does an amazing job of keeping the crowd entertained the entire night. Even gets on a cherry picker and throws tshirts and mini basketballs out at the crowd! Parking was very cheap ($15 for card and I think $12 for cash) And to top all things off the team is very entertaining to watch, almost every game I’ve been to has been over 120 points scored just by the Legends! Safe to say I’ll always come back for more and hope to get season tickets here soon!
