Powered by GoogleFirst time there today. Wanted to learn about their programs and to see the facility. Busy place. People coming & going. Nice looking pool, gym a bit small but adequate. Nice weight room and a good number of persons on stationary bikes. Small private rooms available. Child care seems to be well populated and with plenty of supervision. Overall, I was well pleased. Staff at the desk was very nice and accommodating. Entire facility was verrry clean.
We arrived here with no appointment and the staff didn't hesitate to give us a full tour! The facilities are fantastic, everything anyone would need to get active! Clean, current and inviting, it seems like a friendly community that we would love to join! ❤️
the facility is nice but the staff is very off putting. today in my tai chi class the instructor used a slur to describe a fighting style. I ended up leaving because of not only that but the class was overcrowded & he had more "fun anecdotes" than actual education. when I asked for comment card I was given an email to send my complaint to which the last time I filled out a survey the only response I got was just a big nothing sandwich produced by chatgpt. I really want to like the Y but it seems like a frustrating experience every time I go.
Thank-you, thank-you for adding a Pickleball Skills class to the schedule! It's exactly what I needed! It's hard to improve by just playing you need the repetition and opportunity to practice specific skills that only this type of class can provide. Gary, our instructor was great! Very patient, an excellent teacher and he had some good tips on strategy. If you want to improve your game, you need to come join this class!
Probably the nicest YMCA ever been in my life. I grew up going to the Eastern Queens New York YMCA and I worked at the Easton Pennsylvania YMCA and I often swim at the Geneva New York YMCA. Of course this place is brand new so that helps. Really great meeting areas and areas for kid watching and kids to play. Notice the training kitchen. Obvious areas like for basketball and walking and swimming and working out in free weights also a cycle room.
