Powered by GoogleCame in today to sign up for our family season pass and was having an issue with finalizing all the details and the front desk attendant Chelsea was incredible l! She has the patience of a Saint and was incredibly helpful! Can't wait to explore all that the Provo rec center has to offer!
Our family loves this place. We just had our daughters 11 birthday party here. The girls loved it.
Great facility for the price. The pool is clean and well maintained, the weight room has everything you need, and the indoor track is perfect when it is too cold to run outside. I bring my kids to swim on Saturday mornings and they love it. Staff is always friendly and the locker rooms are kept clean which is not something you can say about every gym. Way better value than the chain gyms in my opinion.
I was disappointed to find that the Provo Rec Center now requires parents to pay a full entrance fee even if they are only there to supervise their children. Given the serious safety incidents reported at this facility recently—specifically the June 2025 arrest of a man for assaulting children in the pool area—it is critical for parents to be able to stay close to their kids. Charging parents for a pass just to provide necessary oversight feels like a deterrent to safety rather than a community-focused policy. We will be staying with our Orem Rec membership, where active parental supervision is supported without an extra charge. Photo is the lobby viewing area where you are not allowed to enter the pool and gives you limited viewing options
Nice place to stay indoor and get sweat during cold season. They have all the facilities here with great price. The staffs here are friendly and welcoming. If you are here for short time, you can use $6.50 day pass to enter. Variation of usage like basketball, pickleball, gym, spin, swimming pool, and many more.
