I bring my kids to swim on Saturday mornings and they love it. Staff is always friendly and the locker rooms are kept clean which is not something you can say about every gym. Way better value than the chain gyms in my opinion.
★Shauna AlexanderI was disappointed to find that the Provo Rec Center now requires parents to pay a full entrance fee even if they are only there to supervise their children. Given the serious safety incidents reported at this facility recently—specifically the June 2025 arrest of a man for assaulting children in the pool area—it is critical for parents to be able to stay close to their kids. Charging parents for a pass just to provide necessary oversight feels like a deterrent to safety rather than a community-focused policy. We will be staying with our Orem Rec membership, where active parental supervision is supported without an extra charge. Photo is the lobby viewing area where you are not allowed to enter the pool and gives you limited viewing options
